Returns
Customer satisfaction is paramount. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us. You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (less shipping charges) or exchange, subject to item availability. All returns MUST be pre-authorized. Of course any item that has a manufacturers defect is returnable for a full refund less shipping cost. Please note that some items may carry up to a 20% restocking fee. Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your return or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of the following items:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, is missing parts or the manufacturer’s box.
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Personalized or custom products
For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain your receipt. Water to Wine is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
